The Office of Accountability (OA) strives to promote educational equity and ensure that all students have the opportunity to thrive in school and in life. Through its administration of New York鈥檚 accountability system under the approved New York State Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) plan, OA partners with schools and districts to provide scaffolded support that ensures all schools and districts have the tools, resources, and programs necessary to meet the unique needs of our students through sustainable continuous improvement systems and structures.
